On a journey to return to his home planet, a stowaway
monster causes an alien soldier’s ship to crash into a fjord in ancient Norway. Set during the Iron
Age, an advanced alien, Kainan (Jim Caviezel), must convince the local villagers of a violent and
mysterious monster that is hunting all humans … a monster he is responsible for bringing to their
world. Working together, they meld alien technology and Viking weaponry to defend their village and

Being a “sci-fi fan girl”, I ❤️ loved ❤️ “Outlander”. It is
actually one of my favorites.
Yes … of course, as with any fun, entertaining sci-fi, a healthy ability to “suspend disbelief” is
advantageous – most always, required … and this is no different. If you can do that, you will
definitely
enjoy this film. It is described as having elements of “Beowulf” and “Predator” … and I’d agree with
that.
Filmed in Halifax and Nine Mile River, Nova Scotia, Canada and Bay of Islands, Newfoundland, the
scenery is breathtaking. Jim as “Kainan” is breathtaking too 😳🥰 extremely hot 🔥 … had to say
it.🤷♀️ Being that the villagers are ancient Vikings the fight scenes get a bit violent and gory at
times.
I recommend this to anyone who loves sci-fi adventure and/or wants to see a 🔥 smokin’ hot 🔥 Jim –
you will not be disappointed. My hope is that if we, Earthings, do get invaded by space aliens, those
aliens look like Kainan 😳 in which case, surrender would not be such a bad option 😉
