I ❤️ loved ❤️ “The Prisoner”. It isn’t a remake of the
1060’s “The Prisoner”. This version has a different setting, different characters, and different
ending … I guess you would say it is a “reimagining” of the series.
It is a dramatic, scifi thriller that, granted, is sometimes hard to follow 🥺 and, at times,
confusing 🤔 but the confusion is part of the story – for me, it had a “Twilight Zone” feel to the
6-episode series (which was great because I loved “The Twilight Zone” 👏). I’ve had to watch it
several times to pick up on different nuances 🤷♀️ - but, Jim is particularly 🔥 hot 🔥 in this
series so the rewatches were no burden at all. 🥰 While the story isn’t the same, if you watch it
closely, the series has a surprisingly similar undertone to the story as the theme of ❤️ “Person of
Interest” ❤️ – my all-time favorite TV series.
